I don't recognize some of the charges on my billing statement

We offer discreet billing for our customers. This means the description in your statement will not match the product name you signed up with. In its place, the name of our billing processing company will be on your statement. Please go to the web address on your billing statement for further support.

What is a Member or Subscription ID?

A Member or Subscription ID is a unique identifying number that corresponds to each purchase made on this site. It serves as a reference should you need assistance with any product purchased, and may be asked for should you reach out to Customer Support.

How do I know that my membership was cancelled?

The system will send a cancel confirmation to the e-mail address that you provided when you joined.
